Many other countries all over the globe use French as their official language. In other countries French is spoken due to historic reasons. Be it that the French colonized the country at one time, or that there were strong ties with France that promoted the use of the French language for the communication between countries.

To learn French in any of these countries would be the ideal solution. Just imagine spending some time in Paris!
